- Apply knowledge of Insurance Service Office regulations and Workman's Compensation limitations to reduce premiums for Clients.

     - In 1990 enforced the Davis Bacon Act in the Workman's Compensation manual saving a roofing contractor in Asbury Park $30,000 at audit.

     - In 2008 contested a NYSIF Workman's Compensation audit utilizing the employee payroll limitation cap resulting is a return premium of $70,000 for a General Contractor in Belleville.

     - During a pre audit I properly classified employee's for a General Contractor in Oakhurst resulting in a savings of $25,000 additional premium.

     - Performed a pre audit with a General Contractor in New Brunswick and a Roofing Contractor in Annandale saving each account $40,000 and $30,000 in additional premium

     An insurance audit is the Bible in the Insurance Industry and without proper preparation prior to said audit's Contractor's may have no alternative but to file Chapter 11 then Chapter 7 for personal protection.  This happened to a Roofing Contractor in Wall Township whom I was called into help but the audits were in the hands of a Collection Agency.

      For me the rewards of life are in giving of my time, knowledge, and experience in helping others.  This ranges from a single trade contractor to a multi million dollar utility contractor of general contractor.
