Liberty has clients with thousands of employees and significant premium size. But because our smaller accounts are so important to us, we maintain a division within the commercial lines department to provide the same one-on-one service given to our larger accounts.

The Account Team
Our goal is to provide a seamless package of commercial coverages, financial services and personal property and liability. Only by making a single source responsible can you be sure all gaps are covered and no wasteful overlaps occur.
At the same time, you need to be able to depend on more than one person at the agency. At Liberty, an account team is composed of a commercial lines account executive, customer service representative, marketing specialist, financial services specialist, plus the personal lines manager and staff. Claims are handled by the same people who presented your program and service it on a daily basis.
